Art directed, scaled the art team from 10 to 30 artists, set pipeline / production standards for the an MMO that was called one of the best looking MMO’s on the market at the time all in a year and a half. 15 years later the game has continued to thrive and receive updates based on that initial foundation.

At the time of launch STO had around 1200 equipment and skill icons. In order to facilitate the production of such a large number of icons I created a codified template that allowed a team of different artists rapidly produce assets while retaining a consistent visual language.
